• Rates are per apartment per month.
• A minimum Deposit of Euro250.00 is payable on renting, that is refundable at the end of contract.
• Rent is payable monthly in advance.
• Water and Electricity rates are not included in above tariffs and will be billed at the end of each month, when they also become due.
• The Management reserves the right to revise above rates when necessary and at its discretion.
